TalentAdore

TalentAdore is a global HR technology company that uses AI to streamline recruitment — improving the candidate experience and optimizing recruitment processes.

Here’s how I helped TalentAdore modernize its product, elevating the recruitment experience for HR teams.

The designs showcased in this portfolio are my past work. Some live websites/apps may have been updated with new designs by clients, which were not designed by me.

My Role & Activities

My role was to enhance the interface and user experience of key areas within the TalentAdore platform.

  • User Research
  • Wireframing & Prototyping
  • Design System Development
  • Interface Redesign
  • Usability Testing
  • Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Feedback Implementation
  • User Flows creation
  • UI Elements design
  • A/B Testing

The Approach

I divided the project into manageable parts, started with building a cohesive design system, then improved user experience of the key areas based on business priorities.

Part #1 —

Design System

The absence of a unified design language resulted in inconsistency throughout the platform, affecting the overall user experience.

To address this, I created a design system to ensure platform-wide consistency, creating a cohesive visual language and seamless user experience.

Part #2 —

The Dashboard

The original dashboard lacked clear insights and easy access to crucial information.

I revamped the dashboard with a user-centric approach, optimizing data organization so recruiters can access key insights without navigating multiple screens.

Part #3 —

Position Creation

The position creation process was unintuitive and difficult to use, causing frustration among recruiters who faced several issues, including:

  • Complex navigation
  • Time-Consuming Steps
  • Lack of Guidance
I simplified the workflow, streamlined navigation, reduced steps, and added guidance to make the position creation process more efficient and user-friendly.

Part #4 —

Previously, creating advertisements was unintuitive, time-consuming, and difficult to use, leading to inefficiencies and frustration among recruiters, such as:

  • Complex interface
  • Lengthy processes
  • Lack of flexibility
  • No preview option
I designed a visual builder for recruiters to build ads in real-time. Some features I added are drag-and-drop to move sections, in-place editing, and a preview feature to see the final ad before publishing.

Part #5 —

Position Management

Previously, key functions for managing job postings—such as editing settings, tracking performance, sharing positions, and archiving or deleting them—were scattered across the platform, making it inefficient for recruiters to manage positions.

I created a centralized dashboard to consolidate these functiona for improving efficiency and usability, allowing recruiters t manage all job posting functions—editing, tracking, sharing, and archiving etc—in one place.

Part #6 —

Candidate Management

The candidate management page was hard to navigate, making it difficult for recruiters to manage candidates and track progress efficiently.

I simplified the layout, organizing key actions like hiring decisions for easy access. Candidate insights and documents were structured clearly, allowing recruiters to manage the hiring process smoothly and make quick decisions.

Part #7 —

Application's Dashboard

The application's dashboard presented information in a complex way, making it challenging for recruiters to sort candidates by several specific criteria, including:

  • Experience Level
  • Skills
  • Location
  • Education
  • Application Status etc..
I restructured the application’s dashboard, organizing information clearly to enable recruiters to easily find and sort candidates based on different criteria.

Crafted for Clarity

The improved TalentAdore platform streamlined workflows, boosted recruiter efficiency, and enabled faster hiring decisions, creating a more user-friendly and productive experience.

This project deepened my understanding of user-centric design, effective project management, and cross-functional collaboration.

It further allowed me to hone my skills in design systems, streamline workflows, and integrate user feedback, ultimately boosting my productivity and solidifying my expertise in product design and user experience.
